Can I return my order?
I only take back clothing as a goodwill gesture or in the event of a warranty claim. Please send me an email to gaby@powerofprincess.de
Someone from my team will let you know a decision immediately.
Of course, your right to cancel your entire order remains unaffected by this regulation.

Where and when can I pick up my order?
You can pick up your order Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

How much is the shipping?
Shipping is free within Germany for orders over 150€. For orders under 150€, shipping costs 4.99€. Shipping to Austria and other EU countries costs 8.99€. We also ship to Austria for free for orders over 200€.
When will my order arrive?
We process every order as quickly as we can. We ship with our premium shipping service providers DPD and DHL. In the confirmation email for your order you will find a link to your order. Here you can see the current status of your order.
Do you restock sold out items?
I try to restock sold-out items. Please refrain from asking about this. If items are restocked, I usually announce this via our social media channels.
